Every organisation that matters is drowning in data it cannot use. A government has decades of records, live feeds, reports and logs, and a handful of people who have to decide what to do in the next ten minutes. A port has radar, manifests, thermal and CCTV, and one control room. A bank has alerts spread across forty systems. The data exists. The decisions still get made late, or blind, or not at all.

That is the gap Vatar closes. Vatar is intelligence for every critical decision: software that runs on small, low-power hardware, fully offline, and turns the data an organisation already has into answers it can act on. Video, audio, text, sensor readings, documents, records. Connect what you already own, ask a question in plain language, set a condition and be told the moment it is met, define what should happen next and let the system carry it out.

The interface is a question, not a dashboard. If you have used ChatGPT you already know how it feels to use. You ask, it answers. Except the questions are about safety and operations, and the answers save lives.

Everything runs locally, and that is not a preference, it is the design. Critical infrastructure does not always have connectivity. Governments do not send their records to someone else’s cloud. Vatar runs on a device the size of a book, draws less power than a light bulb, and needs no internet to think. The data never leaves the site. The intelligence lives where the decision is made.

We are starting with footage, because it is the hardest data to make sense of and the most neglected. That is the first product. It is not the company.
