Need help with Lagos Life or want to reach the Vatar team? Pick the option that fits and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Lagos Life player support

For help with your account, gameplay, purchases or another player, email support@vatar.com. To help us sort it out quickly, please include:

  • the email address and username on your Lagos Life account;
  • what happened, and when; and
  • for purchases, the payment reference, amount and date, and a screenshot of the receipt if you have one.

We will never ask for your password. Please don't send it to us or to anyone claiming to be from Lagos Life.

Common questions

Is Lagos Life free? Yes. Lagos Life is free to play in your browser at lagoslife.app, with no download. Optional purchases are available.

Who can play? Lagos Life is for people aged 18 and over.

Is Game Naira real money? No. Naira amounts inside Lagos Life are fictional game units. They are not real Nigerian Naira, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and should never be bought or sold outside the game.

I paid but didn't receive my Game Naira. Email support@vatar.com with your payment reference. If the payment was collected but the purchase was not delivered, we'll check our records with our payment provider and put it right. See the Lagos Life Terms of Use for how refunds work.

I can't get into my account. Email support@vatar.com from the email address on your account, with your username, and we'll help you regain access.

I want to report a player, a message or a scam. Email support@vatar.com with the player's username, what happened, and screenshots if you can. Never share your password, and never pay anyone outside the game for Game Naira or items.
